In The Studio With Bruce Swedien

Just got back from Bruce Swedien’s studio in March 2010, what a great time of sharing and learning for 7 days and nights. Below is a song that I mixed at Bruce’s studio called “Old School Funk”.  Well, I got to spend another week in July with Bruce in Los Angeles at Ren’e Moore’s studio working on his  SSL 9oooJ what a great sounding console. Below is a song I mixed on it called “Save the Last Dance”.  The time was incredible there with Bruce Swedien, Al Schmitt, Ed Cherney and Ren’e Moore talking with the group about recording in the old days and hanging out.

In the Studio with Bruce Swedien We would also like to give special recognition to three students, Kenevan McConnon, Dan Johnstone, and Robert Plotnik, for being the very first students to complete the In the Studio with Bruce Swedien Workshop twice. Congratulations!
